You retain ownership of your Submitted Content, but you grant Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, support, and improve the Platform.

5. Platform Rules and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • submit false, inaccurate, infringing, or prohibited listings or advertisements;
  • impersonate another person, business, or entity;
  • interfere with the Platform’s operation, security, search integrity, messaging systems, or user experience;
  • scrape, harvest, extract, copy, or index Platform data by automated means without written permission;
  • upload malware, spam, harmful code, or malicious content;
  • use the Platform in a way that damages the reputation, operation, or integrity of the Platform.

Without limiting any other restriction in these Terms, you must not use the Platform to submit, publish, transmit, distribute, request, promote, display, or facilitate any content, communication, listing, advertisement, banner, image, message, or activity that is or may reasonably be considered: unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, stalking, defamatory, disparaging, hateful, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, profane, offensive, violent, infringing, malicious, or otherwise objectionable, or that may expose Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com), Industrial Cleaning Companies, its users, or the public to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk.

The Platform and Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) do not permit, support, facilitate, endorse, or allow adult content, nudity, sexually explicit material, pornographic material, sexual services content, or any other obscene, indecent, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content or activity for a general business marketplace environment.

Any such content, activity, communication, listing, advertisement, banner, image, message, or submission is strictly prohibited and may be rejected, removed, suspended, or reported at our discretion.

We may, at our discretion, reject, remove, suspend, restrict, or report any account, listing, banner, message, submission, or activity that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.

6. Subscriptions, Paid Listings, and Promotional Placements

The Platform may offer paid products and services including subscriptions, listing packages, featured visibility, banner placements, enhanced branding, lead-generation tools, messaging capability, or related promotional options.

  • pricing, duration, features, and entitlements are as presented on the Platform, at checkout, or in the relevant order flow;
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms;
  • you are responsible for reviewing the plan, billing interval, and included features before purchase;
  • fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
  • cancellation generally prevents future renewal billing only and does not create a retroactive refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

7. Moderation, Review, Suspension, and Removal

We may review, reject, suspend, edit for formatting, unpublish, or remove listings, banner placements, company information, or other Submitted Content if we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, infringing, low quality, inappropriate, technically unsuitable, reputationally harmful, inconsistent with platform standards, or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts, listings, or access where we believe these Terms have been violated, fees remain unpaid, or the integrity of the Platform may be affected.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Platform may assist with visibility, search discoverability, supplier positioning, enquiries, messaging, and exposure. However, we do not guarantee any specific result, including ranking position, traffic volume, lead volume, inquiry quality, conversion rate, sales performance, or commercial outcome.

9. Buyer-Seller and User Interactions

Industrial Cleaning Companies may facilitate interactions between users, buyers, sellers, suppliers, and other participants, but unless expressly stated otherwise, Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) is not a party to transactions, negotiations, representations, warranties, or disputes between users of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform itself, including its branding, layout, software, structure, workflows, text, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy

12. Third-Party Services

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY, AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO US FOR THE RELEVANT PAID SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Platform Foundry LLC (platformfoundrygroup.com) and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your Submitted Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
